In 2025, Starting Over, Inc. was pleased to enroll 104 new transitioning individuals into our houses, expand the Marshall Legal & Expungement clinics into 5 counties, host healing workshops for justice-impacted community members, launch a new Second Chance workforce initiative, and much more.
