Transitional Employment Opportunities
This transitional employment opportunity guarantees 480 hours (12 weeks) of full time work, with the possibility of extension. Compensation will be $16-25 per hour, depending on experience. You’ll receive on the job training, hands on workforce experience, and the opportunity for further hours.
We are seeking applicants who are formerly incarcerated, homeless, and/or neurodivergent.
Assistants will support in one of the following areas:
Legal Department
Case Management/Peer Support
Employment/Outreach
Workers Rights Trainings
Digital Services
Eligibility requirements:
Riverside County resident
Enrolled in CalJobs (caljobs.ca.gov)
Current ID & physical Social Security card
Proof of address & income
Males must be enrolled in selective service
Not currently receiving Disability or Workers Compensation insurance
