Outreach Case Managers - 1 full-time position, 1 part-time position
The Outreach Case Manager serves as a critical link between individuals in need and the services provided by our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' needs, develop personalized action plans, and connect them with appropriate resources and support. You will work closely with clients, community organizations, and service providers to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to addressing individual needs and facilitating positive outcomes.
Policy Associate
The Policy Associate plays a critical role in supporting the policy and advocacy efforts of Starting Over Inc.. The Policy Associate works closely with the policy team, senior staff, and external stakeholders to develop, analyze, and advocate for policies that align with our mission and goals. The Policy Associate conducts research, monitors policy developments, engages in strategic communications, and helps shape the organization's policy agenda.
Peer Support Specialist
The Peer Support Specialist serves as a valuable resource and advocate for individuals facing various challenges, such as mental health issues, substance abuse, or other life transitions. Working from a place of personal experience and recovery, the Peer Support Specialist provides guidance, encouragement, and support to clients, empowering them to navigate their own paths to wellness and resilience.
Project Director
The Project Director plays a critical role is leading and managing the organization's projects and initiatives. The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and successful completion of projects aligned with our mission and objectives. The Project Director works closely with the executive team, and project teams to ensure the organization's projects are effectively executed, meeting established goals and delivering meaningful impact.
Housing First Case Manager - LA-Harbor Area
The Housing First Case Manager is a crucial member of our organization dedicated to providing housing and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This position focuses on implementing the Housing First approach, which prioritizes immediate access to permanent housing for individuals without preconditions or barriers. The Housing First Case Manager works closely with clients to assess their needs, secure housing, and provide ongoing support to promote housing stability and overall well-being.
