Become a Youth Mentor
We’re looking for dedicated mentors to walk alongside young men ages 18–25 who are transitioning out of juvenile facilities and into our Transitional Age Youth (TAY) housing program.
Coming home is just the beginning. These young men need people in their corner as they make this huge step, and your lived experience, time, and belief in them are needed to support them on this journey!
Mentors provide a consistent, trusted presence and assist mentees in navigating challenges and celebrating personal growth. Mentors connect mentees to resources, opportunities, and community, with an encouraging attitude.
We strongly encourage people with lived experience navigating the justice system or similar challenges to join us as mentors.
No prior mentoring experience is needed!
